Governance Board

The organization is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors Chaired by a young woman who provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization. The Board meets two times in the year, usually at the beginning and at the end of year to discuss and provide support to the organization in its programs. There are basically two committees under the board, which is financial committee and program committee. The day to day management of the organization is led by an Executive Director who is assisted by various line managers.

Management Team

The day to day management of the organization is led by an Executive Director supported by Programmes Coordinator, Finance Manager (ess) and Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Manager (ess) and below these are Communication Officers, Project Officers, Finance and Administrative assistant, Volunteers and interns. We have a total staff strength of 3 permanent staff, 2 volunteers and 2 interns rotational. 80% of our Team members are females in their youth age of 21 – 35.
